Phase II – new development is planned to be heated by natural gas with a heating output of the 31.3 kW located under the hall‘s ceiling.
The warehouse will offer complex engineering networks – electricity with separate metering, water and sewer connections. The newly built warehouse will also offer a possibility of placing built-to-suit administrative units within the object.
